About Ále
Alessandra (Ále) Fanelli (she/her)
Ále is an Actor, Arts Administrator, Intimacy Professional, and Digital Content Creator. In addition to serving non-profit arts organizations, she has also performed on stage in local community theatre productions. She was previously the Box Office and Film Manager for Civic Theatre of Allentown, the Development Chair at The Pennsylvania Playhouse, and currently serves as Interim Manager of Operations for Muhlenberg College's Theatre & Dance Department.
Ále graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, with a Minor in Italian and a Concentration in Video Production, and with her Master's Degree in Arts Administration at Kutztown University. She was the 2013 Freddy Award Recipient for Outstanding Featured Performance by an Actress and was one of four finalists in Anthony Rapp's Without You the Musical's 2023 singing competition. She currently curates two film series at ArtsQuest's Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas- The Lehigh Valley LGBTQ+ Film Series, and Cinema Significa... which highlights Hispanic and Latin film. She has created digital content for various non-profit organizations including video, graphics, and copy, to market productions and fundraising campaigns.

Ále is a proud, Queer, Latin woman who is dedicated to responsible storytelling. She is committed to this initiative in roles she holds as a performer and Intimacy Professional. In 2020, she became certified in Theatrical Intimacy Coordination and has served as a consultant and choreographer for various community theater productions. In addition to Intimacy Choreography, she has choreographed for youth musical productions at Montgomery Theater.
